Hey, I’m Tori — the creative force behind Booked & Busy VA.
After years balancing life as a 911 Dispatcher and running my own retail boutique, I made the leap into full-time entrepreneurship. I’ve been on both sides of business—selling, designing, organizing, and now supporting others as a virtual assistant. When my husband hit the road for work and I found myself juggling mom life, business, and everything in between, I transitioned from storefront to strictly online and discovered my true passion: helping other business owners thrive.
Today, I work with boutique owners, e-commerce brands, and even a dog trainer in Alaska (yes, really!)—handling everything from product uploads and blog writing to digital design, mockups, social content, and more. I’m known for being fast, efficient, organized, and always creative.
I bring the same energy to my clients that I brought to the dispatch center: calm in the chaos, a can-do attitude, and a knack for getting things done right the first time.
